The Lady in the green gown wore stars upon her brow,
Did her arms cross and mien frown and passage disallow,
To those who with machine crown refused ‘fore her to bow.
“You have no right to bar us, you seek more than thy right!”
“Nein! Cease with this bizarre fuss and bow before my might!”
“We know the things that are thus, thy tyranny we’ll fight!”
Battle then was met that day, war waged ‘gainst tyranny.
Care not what rube or prat say, nor how they hassle thee,
Fight for the right thou hast today, thy right to sovereignty!
